A 3-Part Virtual Live Breathwork Series for Christian Women

ROOTED IN CHRIST

A Breathwork Journey for Spiritual Growth

Each part of this breathwork series focuses on deepening your relationship with God, using breath as a tool for self-reflection, inner growth, healing, and inner peace.

As you move through the series, you are invited to see your inner self as a garden that God is constantly nurturing, cultivating, and harvesting for His glory.

Part 1: Planting the Seed – Breath of Intention & Surrender

Sunday November 10th 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This session focuses on sowing seeds of faith, opening your heart to spiritual growth, surrendering personal burdens, and aligning oneself with God's will.

You will learn to embrace vulnerability, let go of anxieties, and trust that God is cultivating something beautiful within your inner garden, even if you cannot yet see the fruits.

Part 2: Tending the Garden – Breath of Gratitude & Growth

Sunday November 17th 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This session centers on the ongoing care needed for inner development, much like tending to a garden requires attention, patience, and nourishment. It will nurture your spiritual growth by focusing on gratitude, mindfulness, and attentiveness to God’s work in your life.

You will learn to appreciate His blessings, and cultivate qualities like patience, kindness, and faithfulness, as part of your spiritual growth journey.

Part 3: Harvesting the Fruits – Breath of Reflection & Connection

Sunday December 1st 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This session emphasizes gratitude, reflection, and embodiment of spiritual maturity. The intention is to help you recognize and celebrate the spiritual growth and transformation you have experienced through your faith journey. We will focus on the fruits of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, etc.), guiding you to reflect on how God has worked within you, cultivating these fruits in your life.

It is my hope that you will be encouraged to share these gifts with others, living out your faith in everyday actions and relationships.
